These messages may include actual reservation details—such as your name, date(s) of stay, and reservation number—and can appear to be legitimate communications.
At Ochiai Ro, we never contact customers who have made reservations via messaging apps such as WhatsApp to confirm their reservations or request payment.
If you receive a suspicious message, please pay close attention to the following points.
Do not open any URLs or links included in the message.
Do not enter credit card information or personal information.
