For those coming by car or rental car
It takes about 2.5 to 3 hours by car from the Tokyo metropolitan area to Ochiairo (depending on traffic conditions).
It is located about 45 minutes from the Shin-Tomei Expressway "Nagaizumi-Numazu IC" or the Tomei Expressway "Numazu IC"

If you are renting a car from Mishima Station on the Tokaido Shinkansen, this reservation site is convenient.
From Mishima Station, take the Izu Chuo Expressway for about 45 to 50 minutes.
Enjoy a drive through the vast scenery with the majestic Mt. Fuji in view.
Near Ochiairo, there are Joren Falls (about 10 minutes) and Shuzenji (about 20 minutes).
On a nice day, we recommend visiting Mishima Skywalk or Izu Panorama Park.
For those coming by train
From "Mishima" station on the Tokaido Shinkansen or "Shuzenji" station on the Izu Hakone Railway Sunzu Line
Please use the following taxis, shuttle services, or buses.

If you would like to use this service, please contact us at least 3 days in advance and let us know your arrival time at Shuzenji Station.

- Please use the Tokai Bus from the bus stop at the south exit of Shuzenji Station.
- Take the Tokai bus from bus stop No. 5 and get off at 'Shinjuku (Arajuku)' bus stop. About 35 minutes → 1 minute walk
- Take the Tokai Bus from bus stop No. 5 and alight at "Yugashima Onsenguchi" approximately 30 minutes → a 15-minute walk
For those who arrive by helicopter
You can travel to Ochiairo from Narita Airport and Tokyo Shinkiba Heliport by helicopter.
