About new coronavirus infectious disease measures

We know that you are feeling a lot of stress in the midst of the anxiety of the spread of the new coronavirus infection every day. We hope that you will be able to heal your daily fatigue with peace of mind during your stay.

At our hotel, we are taking the following measures.

[Efforts in the building]

・Installation of antiseptic solution (alcohol) We are working to create an environment where customers can easily disinfect their hands by installing antiseptic solution in all guest rooms, entrances, restrooms, and entrances to the public baths.・Implementation of disinfection inside the building Doorknobs, doors, buttons in elevators, doors of restrooms, etc. are disinfected with alcohol about once an hour.・We open windows and use air conditioners for ventilation.・Avoiding the three Cs Meals are prepared in a private room.

We have a private bath (Hoshi no Yu) that can be used by the hour.

[Efforts for employees]

・For all employees, we check their physical condition when they come to work as health management, and record their temperature before work. In addition, employees with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher and those who are not feeling well should refrain from coming to work.・All employees are instructed to wash their hands, gargle, and disinfect their fingers once an hour.・We are ventilating the employee office once an hour.・In principle, all employees are prohibited from traveling on business trips from February 25.・From March 13th, gatherings with more than 10 people eating and drinking are prohibited.・Overseas travel is prohibited in principle from March 13th.・From March 13, entry into and exit from facilities with a high risk of infection is prohibited.・From February 25, employees who are feeling unwell or who may be infected with the coronavirus are prohibited from coming to work. (Similar measures are taken if an employee's family has suspicious symptoms.)

・In consideration of the health and safety of our customers as well as public hygiene, all guest room cleaning staff, kitchen staff, and service staff wear masks.

[Request to customers]

・We ask for your cooperation in disinfecting your hands when you visit. Please help us wear masks.・Please refrain from talking in a loud voice in public spaces such as lounges and public baths.・Please keep a distance of 2 meters from other customers as much as possible.・We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from entering the building if you are suspected of being infected with the new coronavirus.

・If you have symptoms such as fever or cough, please inform a nearby staff member.
