About accommodation

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept VISA, JCN, American Express, Diners Club, Master card, and debit cards.

Q: Can I stay alone?
Yes, we welcome single guest.

Q: What time is check in and check out?
Check-in starts from 3pm and check-out is at 11am.
Please let us know if you plan to check-int in after 6pm.
Check-in and check-out time maybe fixed for some accommodation plans.

Q:  When do I need to inform you if I want to cancel my reservation?
Please inform us as soon as possible.
Cancellation fee maybe applied according to the cancellation policy.

About meals

Q: What time is dinner and breakfast?
Dinner starts at 6pm and breakfast starts around 8 to 8:30am.

Q. What if I have food allergies?
Please inform us in advance and we will prepare allergen-free meals.

Q. I may arrive late at night. Can you still prepare dinner?
Please inform us your estimated arrival time.
If you arrive later than 8pm, we may not be able to prepare dinner.

About facilities

Q: What are the room amenities and facilities?
We have hair dryer, soap, liquid body soap, hair shampoo, hair conditioner, toothbrush, razor, shower cap, hair comb, towels, bath towels. yukata gown and slippers.
Please refer to each room's page for more details.

Q. Is there a non-smoking room?
All rooms are non-smoking. We have a separated smoking area for those who smoke.

Q. Is there internet access?
All rooms are equipped with WIFI.
Please ask the front desk staff for the password.

Q. Are there handicap accessible facilities?
There is a universal restroom in front of the front desk.

About hot springs and bath

Q. Is there an open-air bath?
We have open-air hot springs where you can observe the moutains of Izu and listen to the gentle flow of the river.
Please relax in our natural spring which is drawn directly from underground.

Q: What is the hours of operation for hot springs?
Hot spring baths are closed during 12am ~ 6am for safety reason, and closed from 11am to 3pm for cleaning.

About access and parking

Q. Is there a parking lot?
Yes, there is a free parking lot.

Q. Is there a pick-up service from train station?
Please call us in advance and we will arrange a pick-up service to Shuzenji station.

Others

Q: Can I pay on behalf of the actual guest?
You can pay by bank transfer. Please inform us when making a reservation. We will provide the total amount of charge and our bank account information.

Q: Can I check in early?
We are closed until check-in time starts at 3pm due to cleaning and maintenance unless there are guests staying for more than one night.
If you arrive before 3pm, feel free to wait at the lobby/lounge. 

Q: Can I leave my luggage if I arrive early?
Yes, we can keep your luggage at the front desk.
You can also leave your car at our parking lot and leave for sightseeing.
In that case, please notify the front desk staff.
