Q: What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 15:00 and check out is until 10:00.
Please let us know if your check-in time is after 18:00.
Check-in / check-out times are fixed for some plans.

Q: When will you inform about cancellation?
Please let me know as soon as possible.
We will charge a cancellation fee based on our cancellation policy.

Q: If I stay for 2 days and 3 days, can I spend the daytime on the 2nd day in our room?
You can relax in your room.
Please note that there is cleaning time for public areas and public baths.

Q: How much does it cost for your child?
Children aged 6 to 12 are 70% of adults. (Kids meal)
Children under the age of 6 need a futon. The fee is 10,800 yen (tax included).

About food

Q: What time is dinner and breakfast?
Dinner starts at 18:00 to 18:30 and breakfast starts at 8:00 to 8:30.

We will deliver Ise Lobster food, Abalone and Red Snapper with advance reservation.

Q: Can I order optional dishes after check-in?
It may be impossible because it depends on our stock.

About in-house facilities, facilities

Q: What are the room facilities and amenities?
Hair dryer, soap, liquid soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush set, shaver, shower cap, comb, towel, bath towel, yukata and slippers.

Q: What is the maximum number of guests in a room? Can I stay in a group?
Some rooms can accommodate up to 7 people.

Q: Are you removing the futon while having breakfast?
It is normal, but you can leave the duvet on request.

Q: Do you have non-smoking rooms?
I don't think there are no smoking rooms. We will arrange to remove odors as much as possible on request.

Q: Is the room's hot spring a hot spring?
Yes, it is a free flowing hot spring from our hot spring source.

Q: Can you buy souvenirs etc?
The shop is available from 8:00 to 20:30.

Q: Can you play table tennis or mahjong etc?
There is a fully automatic Mahjong table. It is available at 12,600 yen / day in Mahjong room.

About hot spring and bath

Q: Do you have an open-air bath?
Surrounded by the mountains of Izu, there is a spacious open-air bath in the nature where you can hear the serenity of the Kano River.
Please enjoy yourself slowly in the hot spring of the source or sink that can spring out with a smile

Q: By what time does hot spring go?
From 0 am to 5:30 am for the accident prevention, thank you for refraining from the use of the public bath.
In addition, there is a thing which can not be used by cleaning from 10 am to 3 pm.

About access, parking lot

There is a free parking lot

Q: Is there a transfer from the station?
From Shuzenji Station Line 5 bus stop at Shinjuku (Aaruku) bus stop, or Yugashima bus stop for about 30 minutes.
Please take a look at the Shinjuku bus stop in front of Ochiai Village.
Customers who come to the "Yugashima" bus stop will pick you up.


Q: On behalf of the guest, I will pay the accommodation fee ...?
You can pay by bank transfer. Please make an offer when making a reservation.
We have announced the total amount of accommodation and our bank account.

Q: Is it possible to check in early?
In our house, it is closed once after all the guests check out unless there are consecutive guests.
The hotel and garden are cleaned and stored daily until check-in time. If you arrive before 15 o'clock, we may not be able to respond adequately. Please acknowledge it.
At that time, you can spend time in the lobby / lounge, so please wait. I am not sorry about this for the group that check-in is specified.

Q: Can I leave my luggage if I arrive early?
If you arrive early, we will call the front desk and we will be responsible for keeping your luggage.
Also, if you are using a car, you can leave your car in the parking lot of our tower before check-in to go sightseeing.
